Early in the morning we do check the a/c properly and fuel up the a/c to the required quantity. The sortie scheduled at 1000h but delayed to 1100h GMT +8.00 because of technical problem. When the a/c is ready the pilot start up the engine and to be monitored by trade concern. Two engineman, instrument and avionic which is monitored by one person. Both engine light up and chocked out and ready for taxiing. The a/c positioned on Kuching international Airport NORP and do crosswind takeoff. After a few minutes we fly off to the safe area which is save to make an engine perfomance test. At altitude over 1000ft, the first test is by electrical power check and fuel distribution. All check is satisfactory good and no need for any preservation. We proceed to next check, power take-off and short landing. All test is success and no unbalance thrust or loose power.
After completing all the test the pilot climb to 18,000ft to check the cabin pressurization and only a few pressure leak which is permissible and fly to the steady state level condition. All the aircrew and technician provided with ransum and we enjoy the meal before completing the task.
The last check is the Vmo or acceleration check. The pilot descend on high rate and climb simultaneously on full power. The reading is good and we go back and land to our place.
The result reported by the pilot only the ground idle condition is still unbalance but when advancing and on flight there is no problem occured. The a/c now ready for any task regardless by small problem until repaired by manufacturer..
